THE LIFE RESTART NETWORK
A European framework connecting places, people and institutions through shared principles of nature-based wellbeing and experiential learning.
The Life Restart Network constitutes the structured mechanism for the implementation, evaluation and safeguarding of the model across selected locations and partnerships in Greece, across Europe and internationally. Its mission is to contribute to the creation of conditions that foster human reconnection — both with close relations and with the wider social environment — through experiential activities that enhance calmness, communication, empathy and the quality of human relationships.
The model is implemented in authentic and quiet locations with low tourism pressure and limited technological stimuli, where physical presence and shared experience function as tools for empowerment, social connection and inner balance. The objective is not merely activity in nature, but the establishment of an experiential framework that supports decompression from everyday intensity and encourages meaningful human interaction.
Within this framework, the Network is structured into four core categories of collaboration, presented in the sections below: Regional Partnerships, Business Partnerships, Institutioanal Partners, Academic Network, European Network, Join the Network.
Each category operates under shared guiding principles and a structured quality framework, with criteria tailored to the specific nature and role of each type of collaboration.
